Responsibility During Transit

We remain responsible for shipments while they are being transported through the shipping methods arranged by us. If a package is lost, damaged, or experiences a delivery issue during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances.

Where a customer independently requests or arranges shipment through a carrier not provided or designated by us, responsibility for the transportation process and any related transit risks will rest with the selected carrier and the customer.
