Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped or entered the production process. If a cancellation request is approved during this stage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below, where applicable.
Order processing generally takes between 2 and 7 business days.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process the return.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer. Before sending any item back, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, damage, or order accuracy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The actual cost will depend on the carrier or shipping service selected by the customer.
If the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged goods, or another issue attributable to us, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping cost for that return.
Customers will not be charged any restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
After a returned item has been received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt of the return and informing you whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing is generally completed within 7 days after approval, although the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
You may then contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take additional time to appear on your statement. If necessary, please also contact your bank, as processing times may vary between financial institutions.
